LVT Hospital Manager

  • Why Richland, Washington?

Richland is part of Washington’s growing Tri-Cities region, along with Kennewick and Pasco, offering a combination of outdoor recreation, amenities, sunshine, and easy access to some of the best experiences in the Pacific Northwest.

Three rivers run through the region, providing plenty of opportunities for boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, cycling, or simply getting outside after work. The area also offers an expanding restaurant and shopping scene, numerous wineries, and easy access to mountain recreation.

For veterinarians considering a move to Washington, the Tri-Cities can offer something increasingly difficult to find: a thriving community with plenty to do without the traffic and cost of living associated with larger Pacific Northwest metro areas.

And because we know relocating for the right veterinary opportunity is a big decision, generous relocation assistance is available.

  • Areas of Clinical Interest
  • We’d especially love to meet veterinarians with an interest in one or more of the following:
  • Small Animal General Practice
  • Companion Animal Medicine
  • Preventive & Wellness Care
  • Internal Medicine
  • Urgent Care & Same-Day Cases
  • Soft Tissue Surgery
  • Dentistry
  • Diagnostic Imaging
  • Ultrasound
  • Client Education & Communication
  • What You’ll Bring
  • DVM/VMD degree from an accredited veterinary program
  • Active Washington veterinary license or ability to obtain licensure
  • Commitment to compassionate, high-quality veterinary medicine

Strong Client Communication and Relationship-building Skills

  • Collaborative approach to working with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and hospital leadership
  • Interest in contributing to a positive, supportive hospital culture
