Southampton Dental Solutions is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing dental practice in Southampton, Pennsylvania. This full-time or part-time flexible position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality comprehensive dental care while building lasting relationships with patients and collaborating with our dedicated dental team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients of all ages.
• Perform examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, and preventive care.
• Educate patients regarding oral health, treatment options, preventive care, and long-term dental needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Work closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and front-desk staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Participate in emergency and same-day dental care when appropriate.
• Follow applicable dental regulations, professional standards, and practice policies.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
• Active Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical and patient-centered dentistry.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team.
• New graduates and experienced dentists are welcome to apply.
• Experience with Curve Dental is preferred.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Compensation

Salary with commission/collections, ranging from $80,000 to $200,000 plus 35%-40% commission/collections.
