Overview: Position: Northside Gwinnett Physical TherapistLocation: Lawrenceville, GeorgiaExperience: Physical Therapist with experience evaluating and treating acute and chronic wounds. Employment Type: Full-TimeInnovative Therapy Concepts is a Physical Therapist owned and operated Therapy management organization that was founded by Joe Sapp, PT in 2006. We began our partnership with Northside Gwinnett in 2013 to provide therapy services throughout the Northside Gwinnett system. ITC is searching for a Physical Therapist with a passion for providing excellent patient experiences in the outpatient setting. The patient population is primarily those with acute or chronic wounds, recent traumatic wounds and/or surgeries.

This Physical therapist will provide specialized treatment to patients utilizing research based wound care techniques with a focus on wound healing, education and recovery. All services provided in a state-of-the-art facility with evidence-based equipment and supplies to aid in providing the highest level of care to the diverse population of Gwinnett County.

We Are Seeking: Experienced Physical Therapist with a strong drive to learn and grow - enhance your clinical skills while working with an experienced team

  • Candidate with a strong emphasis on patient care, quality, outcomes, and efficiency
  • Graduate from accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Licensed as Physical therapist in state of Georgia.
  • Experienced and Certified as Wound care clinician
  • Responsible individual with a solid work ethic
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Current AHA BLS certification

Key Responsibilities

The physical therapist will evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic wounds in an outpatient setting. They will provide specialized care using research-based techniques while focusing on wound healing, patient education, and recovery.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a valid Georgia state license. Experience and certification as a wound care clinician are required, along with current AHA BLS certification.
