Registered Nurse – Case Management, Inpatient
Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK | Potential Opportunity
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced Inpatient RN Case Manager to support comprehensive patient care at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.

Position Highlights

- Monday-Friday (40hrs per wk)

- Position Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program
- Current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. jurisdiction
- 3 years of RN Case Management experience within the last 4 years
- Case Management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or other PWS-approved credential)
- Current BLS certification
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inpatient treatment and discharge planning
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and social workers
Facilitate Transitions to Outpatient and Community Services
Support exceptional care and successful recovery for our military patients!

Requirements
Applicants must be U.S. citizens with an associate degree in nursing or higher from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program, a current unrestricted U.S. RN license, and current BLS certification. They must also have three years of RN case management experience within the last four years and a case management certification such as CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or another approved credential.
