- Occupational Therapist (OT) Fredericksburg VA
- Urgently Hiring
- $90K – $120K + Bonus Incentive
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team full time in Fredericksburg, VA. Our medical center provides comprehensive musculoskeletal care, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, pain management, and podiatry—all in one integrated, team-based setting.
- What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily function and independence (ADLs)
- Provide evidence-based therapy and patient education
- Train patients on adaptive techniques and assistive devices
- Collaborate with physicians and rehab team for coordinated care
- Track progress and adjust plans to maximize outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Active Virginia OT license (or eligible)
- Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
