Behavioral Health Associate - Dayshift

Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Associate monitors and reports patient behaviors, provides continuous patient care, supervision, and interaction under the direction of a licensed nurse. Responsibilities also include assisting with daily living activities, facilitating educational groups, and responding to crises and medical emergencies.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent education. Preference is given to applicants with six months or more of experience working with the specific patient population served by the facility.
