Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Educator will develop and implement training programs, curricula, and competency assessments for the Surgical ICU team. They are responsible for leading evidence-based orientation and promoting professional development and quality care standards among nursing staff.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and possess 4-6 years of direct patient care nursing experience. Required certifications include a current RN license from DORA and Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) from the American Heart Association.
