Key Responsibilities

The therapist will provide in-person counseling, diagnose mental health and substance use disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans. They are also responsible for conducting ongoing assessments, managing crisis situations, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in psychology or a related field, or a Ph.D./PsyD, and possess a valid Indiana license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC). Additionally, applicants must obtain CPI, BLS, and First Aid certifications after hire and maintain a valid driver's license.
