Key Responsibilities

The role involves managing casework and counselling by handling case referrals, conducting assessments, planning interventions for approximately 30 active cases quarterly, and participating in case conferences and meetings. Responsibilities also include referring clients to appropriate agencies, conducting intake assessments as part of the Triage Team, and contributing to community work and group programmes.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work, along with a strong understanding of social work values, ethics, and practice standards. Fresh graduates are welcome, and previous internship or placement experience in related areas will be considered, particularly knowledge of working with vulnerable populations like low-income families.
