Job Description
Adelphi is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-person services to students at schools in Ruidoso, New Mexico. The ideal candidates will deliver specialized speech and language services to support students’ communication skills and ensure meaningful access to the educational environment.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid New Mexico SLP license
- ASHA CCC-SLP credential
- School-based experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop measurable, IEP-aligned goals.
- Provide individualized and group therapy services consistent with students’ IEP requirements.
- Monitor, analyze, and document student progress within district-approved systems.
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes.
- Ensure full compliance with IDEA, state regulations, and district policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
