Norcross Dental Associates is looking for a motivated, compassionate, and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team! We offer a supportive work environment, competitive compensation, and a fantastic four-day workweek with no Fridays or weekends!

Our practice operates with a dual-column hygiene schedule and a dedicated hygiene assistant, allowing our hygienists to focus on what they do best—providing exceptional patient care!

Work Schedule

• Monday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Thursday
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday–Sunday
• Off!

Responsibilities

Provide thorough dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing.

• Perform periodontal assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and periodontal health.
• Utilize digital technology, including iTero, to enhance patient education and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with our dentists, hygiene assistant, and clinical team to provide an excellent patient experience.
• Build lasting relationships with patients while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Georgia.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to quality patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dual-column hygiene environment.
• Experience with Open Dental and iTero is a plus, but not required!
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• Education and Training
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
• Registered Dental Hygiene License from practicing state
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of Open Dental, a plus
• Possess outstanding time management and communication skills
• Ability to work within a team for the good of the patient and practice
• FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
• Reports to: Operations Manager
