Leadership Opportunity: This role provides autonomy and ownership, allowing you to set the medical direction of the hospital with the support of VCA’s resources.
Small but mighty team with 1 full time DVM (2 or 3 when fully staffed)
We have a spacious surgical suite, 4 exam rooms, and a spacious lobby. Our facility is equipped with DR radiology, in-house CBC/Chem machines, therapy laser, and an ultrasound machine.
- Hands-free radiology and Fear free practices are followed

Schedule You’ll Love
- Hospital is open 8 AM to 5 PM (no late evenings!)
- Fridays: We’re especially looking for someone available to help us finish the week strong
- Saturdays: Rotating schedule for better work-life balance
- Sundays: Always closed so you can recharge

Patient mix includes canine and feline patients, with a mix of wellness & sickness, surgery appointments. Days are separated into appointments and surgery days..

Compensation
Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $120-130k. Salary range listed is based on a 40 hour work week.

Qualifications
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
- Licensure in good standing to practice in Minnesota, or the ability to obtain
- A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
