Job Description
Center For Sight – University Parkway
Center For Sight is seeking two full-time Optometrists to join our expanding University Parkway practice in the Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch area. Due to continued growth and increasing patient demand, we are expanding our provider team to support this busy, highly integrated practice.
This opportunity is ideal for optometrists interested in medical optometry and collaborative OD/MD care. The Optometrists will work closely with our ophthalmologists and subspecialists, playing an integral role in the co-management and post-procedural care of patients, while also diagnosing and managing a broad range of ocular conditions. Providers will be supported by an experienced clinical team, advanced diagnostic technology, and a strong ophthalmology referral network.
For more than 30 years, Center For Sight has been a leader in the integrated OD/MD model, providing comprehensive eye care through close collaboration between optometry and ophthalmology. This position offers the opportunity to practice at a high clinical level while becoming an integral part of a growing, multidisciplinary eye care team.
Position Highlights

* Highly incentivized compensation plan, with mature practices yielding $200,000+ in compensation
* Competitive guaranteed base salary during the initial period
* Sign-on bonus available
* 4 weeks of vacation, 7 paid holidays, 5 paid Continuing Education days
* Minimal call responsibilities

* Florida has no state individual income tax
Qualifications
* Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school or college of optometry
* Eligible for or currently holds a Florida optometry license
* Board certification preferred, but not required
* Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
* Comfortable working in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
