Key Responsibilities
Administers anesthesia to patients during surgical, obstetrical, and other clinical procedures under physician supervision. Documents patient procedures, assesses patients throughout the care process, and ensures safety while acting as a liaison for the surgical team.
Requirements
Requires a Master’s degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia school and a valid APRN license. Must hold AANA certification and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
