Part-time and Full-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus
(available through 9/30/2026). This position is also referral eligible.

We’re seeking an RN for our Neurology clinic at the Riley Outpatient Clinic in
downtown Indianapolis. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of in-office and remote
work after training is completed.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

No weekends!  No holidays! No on call!

* Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced
life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty
according to patient care policies.
* Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN)
preferred. 
* Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing
program.
* Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or
an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
* Two years experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
* Knowledge of procedures for performing the functions appropriate to the
specific clinical area and familiarity with designated pieces of equipment
and supplies.
* Requires ability to coordinate a number of functions for a group of patients
in an effective timely manner.
* Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care
activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
* Requires ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.

The Registered Nurse will perform triage duties for the Neurology clinic at the Riley Outpatient Clinic. This role involves coordinating patient care, assessing patients without face-to-face interaction, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of one year of RN experience and hold an active Registered Nurse license in Indiana or an NLC state. An Associate of Nursing (ASN) is required, while a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) is preferred, along with Basic Life Support certification.
