Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and treat patients across a range of medical conditions and concerns
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans and treatment protocols
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, lab work, and imaging studies
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with evidence-based medicine
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient medical records and documentation
• Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and wellness strategies

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid and unrestricted New York State medical license
• Board certified or board eligible in relevant specialty
• Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and bedside manner skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient or clinical setting
