● Shifts: 8s, 10s, 12s and 24s are required at this facility, with FT hours required weekly - holiday shifts preferred
● Call: In-house call and holiday call is preferred
● Case Types: General, Neuro, Ortho, OB, Urology, GYN, Ophthalmology, Endoscopy
● Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
● EMR: EPIC
● Supervision Model: Supervision at a ratio of 1:4
● Special Considerations: 24 hour OB available with 8s, 10s or 12s as shift options as well

Job Summary

Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a qualified Locum CRNA to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a patient-centered approach to care. This locum opportunity offers flexibility while allowing the CRNA to work within a collaborative, well-supported anesthesia care team.

Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Virginia
● Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in various case types
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team
● BLS and ACLS required; PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable
