At FirstSteps, clinical work comes first. We're a privately owned, clinician-led ABA organization where BCBAs have the time, support, and autonomy to stay close to the children and families they serve.

A Caseload You Can Actually Manage

• Our Program Directors typically support 12–14 children and lead clinical teams of 7–12 RBTs, creating the space to stay engaged with your cases, your team, and your families.
• We also believe in clear, achievable clinical expectations.

Full-time BCBAs have a 115 billable-hour monthly expectation, with additional incentives for those who choose to take on more. Your clinical workload is designed to be clear from the start, so you can focus on quality care rather than chasing an ever-moving productivity target.
