General Dentist

Bright Now Dental Fresno West Shaw office is looking for a provider to work Monday through Friday.

This position is open to experienced and newly graduated dentists. The doctor will deliver routine care to a specific insured patient group. The role offers an Indefinite daily base of $900-$950 a day. excellent benefits, and ongoing continuing education support to help you grow professionally while delivering high-quality patient care.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities

Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.

Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.

Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.

Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining )
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)

Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Compensation

$900-$950 a day
