Key Responsibilities

The National Medical Director provides executive leadership by overseeing primary care physicians and managing clinical performance and quality initiatives. This role also serves as the Medical Director for the ACO, driving utilization strategy and fostering partnerships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Medical Degree (MD or DO) and possess significant leadership experience within a primary care setting. Strong operational acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex clinical workflows are essential for this position.
