Job description

● Job Title: Full-Time CRNA
● Employment Status: 1099
● Location: Alexandria, LA
● Salary: $250,000
● Shifts: FT - Daily schedule TBD
● Call: Light Call Required
● Case Types: Orthopedic (general and total joints), Spine, General (wide variety), Gastro/Endo, GYN, Urology, Pain Management, and Ophthalmology
● Staffing Grid: 14 full-time CRNAs and 3 MDs

Job Summary

We’re offering a rare opportunity for a service-driven CRNA to join a high-acuity, collaborative anesthesia team in Alexandria, LA. This 1099 position offers $250,000 annually, a $20,000 sign-on bonus, and 7 weeks off plus facility holidays. CRNAs work independently at the top of their license—including performing their own regional and neuraxial blocks—with opportunities for continued skill development and training. Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Louisiana. (Currently, or willing to obtain)
● Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in ortho, general, gastro, urology, ophthalmology and pain management cases.
● New grads welcome to apply!
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
● BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
