Psychiatrist - Child/Adolescent

Devereux has an exciting opportunity to become a Psychiatrist!

This is an Independent Contractor position

Devereux Florida provides programs and services for individuals with significant intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or emotional or behavioral challenges. This position is responsible for:

• Completing psychiatric evaluations
• Working in collaboration with physician to provide diagnostic and intervention patient care
• Monitoring and reevaluations as needed
• Medication management with monthly notes
• Participation in physician peer review and relevant meetings

Position Details

• Schedule: flexible schedule (4-25 hours/week)
• Location: Remote/Virtual (must reside in Florida)
• Pay: $165/hr.

Qualifications

• Education and Licensure:
• Doctorate Degree required

Active Medicaid provider number and authorized to provide psychiatric services by Chapter 464, F. S. required

Other Requirements

• Two years' Psychiatric experience required
• Two years' experience working with children and adolescents required
• Two years' experience working with children and adolescents preferred
