Key Responsibilities
Provide primary care to a panel of seniors with complex chronic conditions in an outpatient clinic setting. Collaborate with a dedicated care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and HEDIS compliance.
Requirements
Must hold an MD or DO degree and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Requires at least 2 years of experience in an outpatient environment and an active, unrestricted medical license.
