Key Responsibilities
Provide primary care to a panel of seniors with complex chronic conditions in an outpatient clinic setting. Collaborate with a dedicated care team to ensure continuity of care and meet quality metrics such as HEDIS compliance.
Requirements
Must hold an MD or DO degree and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine. Requires at least 2 years of experience in an outpatient environment and an active, unrestricted medical license.
