Job Description
- Position: Skilled Nursing Facility Physician
- Specialty: Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Geriatric Medicine
- Location: Jacksonville
Part time or Full time (W2 or 1099)
Requirements
- Active Florida Medical License
- Board Eligible/Board Certified
- Personable, compassionate, and strong bedside manner
- Join a well-established and growing physician group
- Note: ACN not accepted in this region
Role & Responsibilities
- Part-Time or Full-Time
- Full-Time: Monday-Friday
- Average daily census: 22–25 patients
- Visit 1-2 buildings per day
- Day call coverage: 8 AM–6 PM

Key Responsibilities
The physician will provide medical care to patients in skilled nursing facilities, visiting 1-2 buildings daily. Responsibilities include managing an average daily census of 22-25 patients and providing day call coverage from 8 AM to 6 PM.
