Key Responsibilities

The provider will perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in senior living facilities. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical outcomes and educate staff on wound prevention protocols.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and a Master's degree in their respective field. Wound care experience and relevant certifications such as WCC, CWS, or CWCN are strongly preferred.
