Job Description
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our home health team in a full-time capacity!

What You Will Need
- Active OT license in good standing with the state of Idaho
- CPR certification (we will provide, if needed)
- Valid driver's license
Offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen

Provide occupational therapy services to patients within a home health setting. Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Requirements
Must hold an active Occupational Therapist license in Idaho and a valid driver's license. CPR certification is required, with training provided if necessary.
