Requirements
- PharmD in Pharmacy, Or
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
- Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire. Preferred Qualifications:
- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.

- Hourly rate: $114.33/hr.
Work Schedule
- per-diem schedule.
- Call responsibilities required.
