Pharmacist Resident - Clinical Pharmacy

Providence Medical Group (PMG) employs Clinical Pharmacy Specialists in primary
care.  Collaborative primary care pharmacy services are provided as part of an
innovative medical group that utilizes a cutting edge electronic health record
and sophisticated disease management software.

Required Qualifications

* Graduate from an accredited college of pharmacy.
* PharmD    From an accredited college of pharmacy.
* Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire or, 
* Oregon Pharmacist Intern License upon hire. 

Preferred Qualifications

* Completion of PGY1 Pharmacy Residency.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this
position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this
position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other
applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional
compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials,
standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus
opportunities.
