Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for assessing patient specific medications and clinical data in order to evaluate & monitor for safety, efficacy and pharmaco-economic optimization opportunities.

In this role, the pharmacist may administer medications, monitors clinical data, educates patients, and provides general drug information to the healthcare team.

This role works closely with the Clinical Pharmacy leadership thru various projects aimed at improving the quality of care and personal professional growth and development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy -OR-
• PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Washington Pharmacist License upon hire

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
