The Behavior Analyst provides senior-level consultation and technical assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They are responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior support plans, and supervising behavioral health staff.
Candidates must hold a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) certification is required.
