Key Responsibilities

The Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive primary care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and chronic disease management in an onsite clinic setting. They will also focus on patient wellness education and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted PA license in the practicing state, DEA registration, and board certification as an FNP. A minimum of 2 years of primary care experience is preferred, along with the ability to pass on-site credentialing.
