The Advanced Practice Provider collaborates with center leadership and medical directors to deliver primary and urgent care services to nursing facility residents. They are responsible for achieving clinical goals and improving health outcomes through compassionate, high-quality medical care.
Candidates must be a licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with relevant state licensure and DEA certification. A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
