Key Responsibilities
Conduct synchronous telehealth consultations for patients with cardiometabolic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters within the company's electronic health record system.
Requirements
Requires a medical degree (MD or DO) and an active medical license in California. Must hold board certification in a relevant specialty such as Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Endocrinology.
