Who You Are
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Sedation certification (or willing to obtain)
- Driven, coachable, and eager to lead with integrity and purpose
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Prior pediatric experience is strongly preferred, but the right attitude matters most

Requirements
Must hold a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school and possess or be willing to obtain sedation certification. Prior pediatric experience is strongly preferred along with strong leadership and communication skills.
