Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will provide ABA services to children in various settings, including homes and schools, while conducting assessments and developing treatment plans. Additionally, they will supervise ABA Behavioral Health Technicians and contribute to staff training programs.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification, a PA Behavior Specialist License, and a Master's degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in ABA principles, computer skills, and experience with Electronic Health Records are required.
