Interested in Working With Children? Start Your Career in ABA!
If you enjoy helping children learn, grow, and reach developmental milestones, this opportunity may be a great fit. Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one behavioral support. We offer paid training, professional guidance, and opportunities to advance within the ABA field.
What Is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that helps children with autism and other developmental disabilities learn meaningful skills that support greater independence in their everyday lives.
Through personalized, engaging sessions, Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with children to strengthen communication, social, play, coping, and daily living skills. Using positive reinforcement and individualized strategies, they also help children develop safer and more effective ways to navigate challenging behaviors.
ABA is all about celebrating progress—whether it’s learning to communicate a need, completing a daily routine, interacting with others, or reaching a new milestone. Each session is an opportunity to help a child build confidence, develop new skills, and become more independent at home and in the community.
