The Behavioral Health Specialist provides compassionate, hands-on supervision and support to adolescent and young adult patients in a structured environment. They facilitate experiential activities, document patient interactions, and ensure emotional and physical safety throughout the treatment process.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to obtain CPI and CPR certifications within 30 days.
