Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate hospice patient care while completing comprehensive assessments and developing individualized plans of care. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and provide education and support to patients and their families.
Requirements
Requires a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing and a current, active RN license in Kansas and Missouri. Candidates must have at least 12 months of recent registered nurse experience and a valid driver's license.
