Key Responsibilities
Provide consistent care coordination across the continuum by assessing the physical, psychological, and social needs of oncology patients. Serve as an ongoing resource for patients and families throughout diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship while facilitating clinical visit needs.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and over three years of clinical oncology experience. Candidates must hold a current Massachusetts R.N. license and be willing to obtain Oncology Nurse Certification within eighteen months.
