Registered Nurse, RN Clinical Home Health Field Educator

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Field Educator will lead the training and development of newly hired nurses while maintaining a small caseload of patients. They are responsible for precepting, mentoring, and ensuring clinical competencies are met through direct field visits and educational support.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts and possess prior Medicare-Certified Home Health experience. Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for coaching and mentorship are required.
