Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Early Childhood Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Blaine, MN area. What You'll Do

  • Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
  • Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
  • Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active Minnesota PELSB SLP License
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities

Provide speech therapy services to early childhood students and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals. Collaborate with school teams, teachers, and families to support student progress and maintain accurate compliance documentation.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and an active Minnesota PELSB SLP license. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.
