Job Requirements

- Experience: Residency trained in Emergency Medicine required
Other Qualifications: Current CV, Driver's License, CME activity (last 2 years), TB Test/Flu within 12 months, COVID vaccination
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical care to patients in a Level II Trauma Center.
- Manage high patient volume (average 132 patients/day) with a 30% admit rate.
- Work various shifts including days, mids, and nights as part of a 60 MD / 12 NPPA coverage model.
- Perform emergency procedures consistent with Level II trauma center.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including nursing and advanced practice providers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients within a Level II Trauma Center environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and advanced practice providers to manage high patient volumes and complex medical cases.
Requirements
Must be residency trained in Emergency Medicine and hold an active Arkansas medical license and DEA license. Requires board certification or eligibility in ABEM or ABPS, along with current ATLS certification.
