Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time

NHC Kingsport | Kingsport, Tennessee

Planned Start Date: First Week of November 2026

Join the NHC Kingsport Rehabilitation Team

NHC Kingsport is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our

rehabilitation team. This position is available as we transition a valued member

of our team from full-time to PRN status to accommodate her family needs.

We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and team-oriented PT who is

committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and enjoys working

collaboratively with patients, families, nursing, therapy colleagues, and the

interdisciplinary team.

What You’ll Do

Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their

individualized plans of care.

Complete evaluations, treatments, progress assessments, and discharge planning.

Develop and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions to maximize

functional outcomes.

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote quality patient care.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Participate in a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, clinical

excellence, and positive patient outcomes.

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Tennessee PT license or eligibility for Tennessee licensure.
