● Shifts: On average 35 hours per week with frequent early-out days (when schedule finishes). Additional days off when full staff is not needed.
● Call: Not required
● Case Types: Ortho, Regional, Outpatient, General
● Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
● EMR: TBD
● Supervision Model: Fairly independent practice style with MD support available
● Special Considerations: Regional experience is preferred, but the site is willing to teach. Efficient OR staff and predictable daily flow allows for a low-stress environment compared to large hospital systems.

Job Summary

Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a qualified Locum CRNA to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a patient-centered approach to care. This locum opportunity offers flexibility while allowing the CRNA to work within a collaborative, well-supported anesthesia care team.

Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas
● Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in Orthopedic, Regional, Outpatient and General Anesthesia
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team
● BLS and ACLS required; PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable
