Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient care including history taking, physical exams, and the development of treatment plans. Manage acute medical needs, medication refills, and patient messages in a collaborative primary care environment.
Requirements
Requires a minimum of three to five years of direct patient care experience and valid Vermont licensure as an NP or PA. Candidates must have completed an accredited NP or PA program and hold national board certification.
