Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner provides integrated behavioral health services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, document treatment plans, and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active CRNP-PMH license and possess at least one year of experience working with the SUD population. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of DSM-V, and active CDS/DEA credentials are required.
