Key Responsibilities

The therapist will provide individual and group psychotherapy while developing trauma-informed treatment plans in a collaborative environment. They are responsible for conducting assessments, managing cases, and participating in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field and possess an active independent license such as LPC, LSW, or LCSW. A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience is required, along with proficiency in evidence-based modalities like CBT and DBT.
