Key Responsibilities

The Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner will assess, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages while managing both acute and chronic conditions. They will also develop individualized care plans, provide health education, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and possess current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner. National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) and a valid DEA permit are also required.
