Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will perform physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to manage patient care in a primary care setting. They will collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans, prescribe therapies, and provide patient education to promote health and wellness.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Illinois APN or PA license, a master's degree in a specialty area, and current BLS/CPR certification. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care setting is required.
